  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Website. Drone services may be affected by weather, regulations, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Reno, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for small claims court actions. You waive the right to class actions.
  • Venue: If arbitration is not applicable, disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts in Washoe County, Nevada.
