How much does real estate photography cost in Reno?
Most Reno and Sparks photographers price residential listings by square footage, with drone, video, 3D tours and floor plans added on. Commercial real estate costs more: the buildings are bigger, exteriors need careful timing, and the photos have to sell a space to a business, not a family. Here’s what we charge for commercial:

Residential vs. commercial pricing
The price gap comes down to scope:
Size and layout
An office building, retail center or industrial space can have dozens of rooms, suites and angles.
Exterior timing
Commercial exteriors often need specific light, and sometimes cleared parking lots.
What it’s selling
A tenant is judging frontage, access, parking and the surroundings, which is exactly what aerial photos show best.
Where the photos go
LoopNet, broker sites, offering memorandums and leasing flyers, so the images need to hold up large.
What should a photography package include?
Before you book anyone, ask these three things:
How many edited photos, and is editing included?
Good editing corrects color, straightens verticals and balances windows.
How fast is delivery?

Are aerials included or extra?
For most commercial properties, aerials aren’t optional. They show the location, the parking and the lot.
Is drone photography worth it for a listing?
For commercial property, land and larger homes, usually yes. Aerial photos answer questions a ground photo can’t: where the property sits, what’s next door, how big the lot is, and how easy it is to get to.
For a standard home on a tight lot, a few aerials are a nice extra, not a must. Around Reno-Tahoe International, aerial work also needs FAA airspace authorization, so hire a licensed, insured Part 107 pilot who handles it for you.
How much does real estate video cost?
A short social clip and a full property video are very different products. Our $750 property video is a full 1–2 minute tour covering both aerial and ground footage, not a quick drone clip. For commercial listings, video gives remote buyers and tenants a real feel for the space before they ever visit.
