Why Aerial Sells a Reno-Tahoe Listing

The properties that benefit most from residential real estate drone photography are the ones a ground-level photo cannot explain. Acreage. A lot whose shape is the selling point. A view that only exists from thirty feet up. Proximity to the lake, the ridge, the golf course, the open space behind the fence. On a flat listing photo, all of that disappears.

Aerial also fixes the classic Tahoe problem: a house half-hidden by pines that photographs beautifully from above and awkwardly from the driveway.

Air and Ground, Sold as One Shoot

For real estate we do not treat aerial and ground as separate services. A listing needs both, so a listing shoot covers both: interiors, exterior elevations and the aerial frames, priced and booked as a single job.

That is deliberate. Splitting them means two bookings, two invoices and two visits to coordinate around a seller who has already tidied the house once. One shoot, one turnaround, one gallery.

Turnaround and Pricing

Photos come back within 24 hours. Video takes two to four business days, because the edit is where most of the work happens. If your listing date is tight, say so when you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Residential shoots are priced per square foot, so a quote depends on the size of the property. Send us the address and the square footage and you will have a number back quickly.

One scheduling note: addresses within about a mile of a major airport need FAA airspace authorization, which takes longer to arrange. Book those earlier. Flyer Visions is Part 107 certified and insured, with proof available on request.
