The Challenge
The listing agent had already had the home photographed, but the first set didn’t do the property justice, so she brought us in to reshoot it before it went on the market. The home’s biggest selling point is its Lake Tahoe view, so every interior angle had to show off the rooms while keeping the lake visible in the windows. Outside, the house sits on a steep hillside surrounded by tall pines, which made finding clean aerial angles a real challenge.
What we did
- Photographed the full interior — great room, kitchen, dining, bedrooms, baths and the lower-level living area
- Shot every room that holds the Lake Tahoe view, framed to keep the water in the window
- Covered the wraparound and covered decks
- Flew the Mavic 3 Pro for exterior aerials showing the home on its hillside
- Captured wide aerial panoramas down the east shore for context
- Delivered the full set edited and ready for the MLS, with 24-hour turnaround
The Result
The reshoot gave the agent a complete, MLS-ready set that showed both the interiors and the view the way buyers would see them in person. She was thrilled with the results, and the home went under contract in under two months.
