The Challenge
9405 Gateway Drive is a multi-building commercial property, and every building needed to be covered in one set: aerials, elevations, parking, loading and access, plus ground-level and interior shots. The site also sits in controlled airspace, so the shoot required FAA airspace authorization before we could fly, which meant planning the aerial work well ahead of the shoot date.
What we did
- Aerial photography of every building on the property
- Elevation and angle variations showing parking, loading and access
- Ground-level and interior shots to round out the listing set
- Images edited and sized for listing platforms and broker flyers
- Quick turnaround so the space could go to market
The Result
The leasing team used the photos and video to market the property’s remaining vacancies and fill the last open leases.
