The Challenge
The listing agent needed photos of this brand-new flex building so it could hit the market for sale as soon as construction wrapped. That meant shooting while the build was still nearing completion, working around the crews still on site and inside a building that didn’t have its interior lighting in yet. Getting clean, bright interiors that showed the full clear-span floor and ceiling height took careful planning and exposure work.

- Aerial and ground photography of a newly built flex/industrial building
- Clear-span warehouse interiors shot to show usable floor area and height
- Dock doors, yard and turning space captured from the air for tenant enquiries
- Overhead and wide frames placing the property within the surrounding industrial park
- Edited images sized for listing platforms and leasing flyers
The Result
The agent received a complete set of interior, exterior and aerial images ready for the sale listing, showing the building’s usable space, dock access and location within the industrial park, without waiting for the last trades to leave the site.
