Commercial real estate drone photography answers different questions than residential. A prospective tenant wants to understand access, parking, loading and the surrounding trade area. An investor, meanwhile, wants parcel boundaries, adjacency, and how the site sits relative to everything around it. A pretty photo of the building serves neither of them.

So we plan the flights differently. We fly higher for context. We make deliberate passes along the access routes. And we frame stills to show the property in relation to the roads and development around it, rather than isolating it.

Useful Across the Whole Deal Cycle

One capture supports the offering memorandum, the leasing brochure, the website and the site plan discussion. For land and development sites, a mapping flight adds an orthomosaic and 3D model alongside the marketing imagery. These are visual documents rather than survey data, so certified measurements still need a licensed surveyor, but for showing a parcel and talking through it they do the job.

Turnaround and Coverage

Photos come back within 24 hours and video within two to four business days. We travel any distance for commercial work, with travel charges applied beyond the local area, so an out-of-region property is worth asking about rather than assuming.

We cover commercial property throughout Reno, Sparks, Carson City and the Lake Tahoe area, and we have shot developments out along USA Parkway. Because much of the Reno-Sparks industrial corridor sits in controlled airspace, FAA authorization is often required, and anything within about a mile of a major airport needs longer to arrange.
